Sehr schöne Wohnung mir super Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Küche voll ausgestattet und der Blick ist wohl kaum zu toppen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very surprising

The apartment and the panoramic view are unbeatable. The sauna only has space for 1 person of our body mass, but that is not negative. High-quality kitchen equipment with utensils, Jura fully automatic coffee machine, WMF cutlery, and high-quality glasses and dishes in a quantity that allows you to run the dishwasher only every 3 days. The bed is incredibly good, slept like gods, large wardrobe, the room can be well darkened. The decor generally matched our idea of comfortable living. No suitcase dragging through the elevator, however, long-term parkers in the short-term parking lots 7 days a week. We have booked again for next year.

The apartment is flawless. The elevator is dirty, it definitely hasn't been cleaned for four weeks. The elevator was broken upon arrival (for 4 DAYS), we had to cut our vacation short because we are not physically able to walk up two floors. The certificate issued by Büning is an imposition: valid for three years, only in apartments of the same owner. Since we do not know who the owner is, the company Büning can mediate an apartment for us, but we apparently cannot choose ourselves. As mentioned: Apartment TOP, the rest, well. Unloading the vehicle is also very peculiar: The short-term parking spaces (3) are occupied by staff from the restaurants located in the building. This costs (10 minutes parked on Sunday), 20.00 €. It felt like the security personnel were lurking.
