Arrival from Munich: A8 Salzburg, Inntaldreieck A93 to Kiefersfelden/Kufstein. A12 to Innsbruck, direction Brenner A22 via Sterzing, Bolzano, Trento towards Verona. Exit Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda-Nord via Nago, Arco and Riva to Limone. Along the western shore, the Gardesana Occidentale, to Gargnano and on to Toscolano-Maderno. Between Limone and Gargnano the road is scenically very attractive. Coming from the Alps, you drive into a Mediterranean park landscape. Numerous tunnels and galleries, however, do not allow for high driving speeds.

Alternative from the Affi/Lago di Garda-Sud exit: Direction Garda/Torri del Benaco. From Torri del Benaco there is a regular ferry connection to Toscolano-Maderno.
