Description
The stylishly furnished holiday apartment offers space for up to 2 people, the beach is only 100 m away, and in the immediate vicinity there are an ice cream parlor, pizzeria, an EDEKA supermarket, a bakery with breakfast options, laundromat, restaurants, shops, ATM, wellness and spa center, hair studio, harbor snack bar, beach bar, water ski facility, mini golf course, adventure pool with sauna area, fun & sports center, bowling alley, bike rental, children's paradise, playgrounds, and of course plenty of beach. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the Eckernförde Bay, and in the morning you can already enjoy the sun at breakfast. There are 2 chairs with seat cushions, a table, and a large sunshade.
In the living room there is a sofa, a comfortable armchair, a television, a reading lamp, and a stereo system with radio/CD.
Here you will also always find a selection of books that you are welcome to read. The bedroom is bright and pleasantly furnished, featuring a double bed, a reading lamp, and a wardrobe.
The amenities include a modern kitchen (of course fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, etc.)
and a recently renovated shower bathroom, a small hallway, a coat rack, and a spacious storage room for clothes, shoes, etc.
In the coat rack area there is a vacuum cleaner, hand brush, broom, floor mop, and a drying rack. The apartment is fully equipped and free Wi-Fi is also included. A private parking space is available; there is no storage facility for bicycles. Four elevators will comfortably take you and your luggage to the 4th floor of the Ostseeresidenz.
The Ostseeklinik and rehabilitation clinic are also within a five-minute walk, making the apartment suitable for companions, open spa treatments, and outpatient rehabilitation measures.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday apartment is located in the Ostseeresidenz in Damp, a condominium complex situated directly on the harbor promenade. Due to the central location, bakery, supermarket, boutiques, beach, playground, bicycle rental, laundromat, etc. can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
The apartment includes its own parking space (approx. 150 meters away). Loading and unloading is temporarily permitted directly at the house entrance, or for a limited time in other parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance (with parking disc).
The apartment is located on the lake side, away from road traffic.

Very nicely furnished holiday apartment. Everything you need is there. Short distances to the beach and restaurants. Shopping options nearby. Landlady very nice. Thank you very much for the good tips. The apartment is simply to be recommended. We would love to come back.
