The 52 m² comfortable holiday apartment offers space for up to three guests and is ideal for couples, small families, or friends. An airy and quiet bedroom ensures restful nights. The large bathroom, with its modern shower and ample storage space, makes personal care a pleasant experience. The open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you will find, in addition to an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, air fryer, kettle, and all cooking utensils, everything your heart desires.

Enjoy relaxing hours in the cozy living room with a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV with satellite reception. Free Wi-Fi ensures the best connection. Alternatively, you can also simply relax in an analog way, sitting comfortably in the elegant beach chair on the sunny balcony or recreating the culinary specialties of the region. You can also enjoy your meals at the beautiful dining area on the balcony. For everyday necessities, a washing machine and modern cleaning appliances are available in the apartment.
North Sea air not only stimulates the appetite, but also sparks creativity. It is nice to sit at the desk, look out at the beautiful surroundings, and rediscover writing and painting for yourself.

Between the old sluice and the harbor lies the small holiday home complex of Neßmersiel. Right on the village square you will find the architecturally successful small holiday apartment complex, which conveys a Nordic flair. The way to the small North Sea market could hardly be shorter. Just down the stairs and there is a wide range in a small space. Both the old mill and the beautiful playground are right nearby. Juniors and seniors feel seen there and enjoy the wide landscape. For even more vastness, the ferry connection from Neßmersiel to Baltrum can be used.
