This beautiful villa covers 150 m² and is located in Bale, just 8 minutes by car from the picturesque town of Rovinj and only 5 km from the sea, on the dreamy west coast of Istria. The accommodation
The ground floor of the villa features a living area with TV, air conditioning, and a cozy kitchen with a beautiful dining area for 6 to 8 people, with a view and access to the terrace with pool. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning.
From our accommodation, it is only a five-minute walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. Our most popular beach is only 10 minutes away by bike.

Bed linen and towels are provided. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV. Baby cot available on request. An extra bed can be placed in either bedroom on request.
