Villa Fiorita is nestled in the splendid setting of Roccella Jonica, dominated by the Carafa Castle, in a unique location on the slopes of the fortress and close to the town centre and the sea.

The property has 8 apartments of various sizes (sleeping 2 to 6 people), communal green spaces and private parking reserved for guests, with one parking space allocated to each apartment.
All apartments are equipped with crockery, linen, air conditioning, induction hob, fridge, oven, hand blender, Nespresso machine, 32-inch TV, Wi-Fi and hairdryer.
Cots and high chairs for children are available (on request, for a fee).

Each apartment has an assigned parking space.

Pets of any size are not allowed.

Apartment A, which can accommodate 4/6 people, is on two floors. The living area is on the ground floor (porch, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, utility room), and the sleeping area is on the first floor (double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, balcony).

It is 350 m from the sea (5 min walk). All amenities are nearby.
