If you want to book something truly special, individual, and original, you should give this offer some thought. No expense was spared on the furnishings, and no compromises were made on the location. In all of Calabria, there are only a few holiday apartments directly on the sea, without a road or railway line between the accommodation and the sea.
Apartment 45 sqm + 30 sqm terrace directly on the sea in Calabria (without a railway in between). Sea view from all windows and from the terrace. Fully air-conditioned.
Completely renovated from the ground up in 2017 and upgraded to German standards. Everything is super modern and yet refined with a few genuine Breton antiques. TVs in the living room and bedroom. No apartment furnishings with unwanted furniture from home, as is often the case, but everything is new, tasteful, and of the best quality. Kitchen with oven, microwave, WMF pots, induction stove, cutlery and plates as well as glasses, also with a view of the sea. Everything is ready for a homemade celebrity dinner on the terrace – which can be illuminated in the evening with subtle LED lighting. Stunning view of the sea – endless ambiance and romance.

The apartment building is located in the first row directly by the sea in Santa Caterina dello Ionio. Quiet place, which is not too crowded even in high summer. Mostly Italian tourists but also an international audience in the summer. When there is wind, it is almost always onshore. The beach is sandy and partly with small round stones, partly gravel at the transition between sea and beach. The apartment is very close to a pizzeria and a beach bar (lido) with a Caribbean feeling, where you can eat very well almost all day. The village’s promenade is not far, and there is also a small shop within walking distance. The place offers several restaurants and cafés, even in the off-season with authentic Italian food. Anyone with high standards for the place and accommodation, and who is a sun and sea lover, will feel very comfortable here. There is disco but it's more family-oriented, not a party scene. Day and night you can move about freely without fear or danger. No crime known. If you like having the beach to yourself, you just need to walk or drive a few hundred meters and you're there.

The people in this village are all very friendly and warm and try to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It is possible to bring a dog. However, since towels, bed linen (Bassetti, etc.) are very expensive and actual costs arise for us due to dogs, the accommodation of the dog(s) (max 2 dogs) costs 70 EUR per week.
Sometimes there is little water pressure at certain times of the day.

Fantastic holiday flat
The flat itself has been lovingly and lavishly modernised. The interior leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the huge terrace with sea view. Here you can relax completely undisturbed. The beach can be reached quickly via a private path, the water quality is great, snorkelling is an experience. A small shop with regional products and two beach bars are within walking distance.
We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this flat.

Fantastic direct beach location, super terrace, original Italy
absolutely brilliant penthouse right on the beach, my wife and I spent a super time in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Italy is still really original here. Above all, there are no tourists, you have the beach almost to yourself, the penthouse really offers everything you need, a great kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom and the terrace - amazing! There is a great restaurant nearby - no tourist rip-offs, as there are none:-)We can recommend the penthouse with its fantastic location without reservation, an absolute insider tip at a super price

Super rooftop terrace

My husband and I stayed here in Calabria before spending our evenings. This wonderful apartment is used by ourselves - it should satisfy all requirements, because to this great environment belongs a great ambience to feel good. We bought this apartment in a terrible condition 4 years ago - so it was notwednig really to renovate it all. After we first had nothing to renovate and only the beautiful view to enjoy it was to the sport only the very fine there to use and incorporate. You will spend your holidays with all comforts and luxuries like at home but in a paradise place. When you open the window at night, you hear the sea noise.
