Location and surroundings of object
The apartment house is located in the first row directly on the sea in Santa Caterina dello Ionio. Quiet place, which is not too much in the summer. Predominantly Italian tourists but also international visitors in summer. If there is wind, it is almost always on the land, there are no currents so that for many years nobody has drowned there. The beach is sandy and partly with small round stones. The apartment is very close to a pizzeria and beach bar (Lido) with caribbean feeling, where you can very fine and even compared with Germany still very cheap food with cocktail bar .. Also the beach promenade of the village is not far and just like a small shop within walking distance. The place offers several local and caffes also in the low season with original itlaian food (no tourist food as with nuts). If you have high demands on the place and accommodation and a sun and sea worshiper is here feel very comfortable. There is disco but rather no family parties. Day and night can be moved freely without fear

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The Calabrians in this village are all very friendly and cordial and try to make the stay as beautiful as possible. It is possible to bring a dog. However, as towels towels (Bassetti etc.) and it is very expensive, by dogs so we actually incurred costs, the accommodation of the dog cost 70 EUR per week.
Sometimes there is little water pressure at certain times of the day. In the rest of the house Italian owners from Turin usually live over 60 years.

Fantastic holiday flat
The flat itself has been lovingly and lavishly modernised. The interior leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the huge terrace with sea view. Here you can relax completely undisturbed. The beach can be reached quickly via a private path, the water quality is great, snorkelling is an experience. A small shop with regional products and two beach bars are within walking distance.
We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this flat.

Fantastic direct beach location, super terrace, original Italy
absolutely brilliant penthouse right on the beach, my wife and I spent a super time in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Italy is still really original here. Above all, there are no tourists, you have the beach almost to yourself, the penthouse really offers everything you need, a great kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom and the terrace - amazing! There is a great restaurant nearby - no tourist rip-offs, as there are none:-)We can recommend the penthouse with its fantastic location without reservation, an absolute insider tip at a super price

My husband and I stayed here in Calabria before spending our evenings. This wonderful apartment is used by ourselves - it should satisfy all requirements, because to this great environment belongs a great ambience to feel good. We bought this apartment in a terrible condition 4 years ago - so it was notwednig really to renovate it all. After we first had nothing to renovate and only the beautiful view to enjoy it was to the sport only the very fine there to use and incorporate. You will spend your holidays with all comforts and luxuries like at home but in a paradise place. When you open the window at night, you hear the sea noise.
