Here is the English translation of your text: --- The lessor may, due to special circumstances, be compelled to cancel and terminate the rental agreement. Cancellation and termination must be done in writing. In such a case, the lessor will do their best to offer the lessee an alternative. If this does not satisfactorily succeed for the lessee, the lessor will refund all amounts paid by the lessee, without any further liability on the part of the lessor. The lessee is entitled to cancel and terminate the rental agreement, subject to the following: 1. Cancellation and termination must be done in writing, by registered mail, addressed to Schoonzicht Holiday. 2. In case of cancellation within 8 days after reservation, the option right applies (see point 4). 3. In case of cancellation after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the basic rent will be charged. 4. In case of cancellation between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the basic rent will be charged. 5. In case of cancellation up to one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the basic rent will be charged. 6. In case of cancellation less than one week before the start of the rental period, the full basic rent will be charged. 7. Administration costs will always be due in the event of cancellation. 8. After receiving a cancellation from the lessee, the lessor will prepare a cancellation statement, taking into account the provisions of this article. Any amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the contents of the cancellation statement, and any remaining balance in favor of the lessee will be refunded. ---
