Description

Here, the vacation can begin right at the house: The lovingly furnished small but exquisite house, styled after a Canadian "Beach House" and located directly on the lake, leaves nothing to be desired.
The freshly renovated house offers everything your heart desires; the 40 sqm terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe.

On the property there is a fire pit, a Canadian picnic bench, comfortable sun loungers, and several wooden chairs. The interior furnishings are of very high quality, with a brand new kitchen and a brand new box spring bed. A wide window front ensures a light-flooded living and dining area and pure lake view. On cool days, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth.

Welcome home!

Canoe, kayak, charcoal grill, fishing equipment, and a comprehensive folder with lots of information and restaurant tips are available free of charge in the house. You can start many activities directly from the house. We make every effort to offer our guests a unique holiday experience.

Location and surroundings of object

The chalet is situated on a 5,000 m² natural lakeside property.

From Halifax International Airport (which, for example, is served directly from Germany by Discover Airlines from April to October), it is about a two-hour drive to Tupper Lake Chalet. The Canadian airline Westjet also flies to Halifax from Amsterdam 6 times a week. Before that, you will pass through Bridgewater, where there are several large supermarkets as well as a small shopping mall. Likewise, the town of Caledonia can be reached within up to 15 minutes from the house, where there is a medium-sized supermarket, a café, a liquor store, a post office, a bank, and much more. This short distance between pure nature and shopping opportunities is rather rare by Canadian standards.

The location of the Tupper Lake Chalet is especially ideal for anyone who wants to discover the south of Nova Scotia from here. It is only about 45 minutes to the cities of Liverpool and Bridgewater on the south coast or to the Bay of Fundy. To Kejimkujik National Park it takes only 20 minutes by car, and to Halifax, the capital of Nova Scotia, at least 1.5 hours.
