Welcome to Casa ZeTA,
a stylish, approximately 55 sqm two-room apartment on the first floor of a house over 400 years old, which was completely renovated in 2024 and combines the charm of the past – for example, with exposed natural stone walls – with modern comfort.

The lovely apartment offers a bright living room with a cozy sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and charming details. The dining area and the modern kitchenette with counter are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, Dolce-Gusto capsule coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
The cozy bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom, there is a spacious walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, and a washbasin. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, making it ideally suited for year-round stays. The small balcony overlooking a typical Italian courtyard offers a beautiful view of Lake Garda.

There are mosquito screens, a storage area for bicycles, and a charging station for e-bikes.

Just 200 meters away, you will find a natural garden with a very beautiful lake view. Two sun loungers for relaxing hours, amidst untouched nature and absolute tranquility, are available to guests.

Casa ZeTA is quietly located in the charming, peaceful, and authentic village of Vigole, above Toscolano Maderno, only 3 km from the center of Maderno and Lake Garda.
The district is an ancient village, surrounded by nature and far from mass tourism, yet close to all the highlights of the region.
A picturesque hiking and cycling trail begins just behind the house, ideal for nature lovers, hikers, and mountain bikers.

The main town of Toscolano-Maderno is a pretty, small city with about 8,000 inhabitants. The town is idyllically situated on the Gulf of Maderno, on a peninsula at the foot of Mount Monte Pizzocolo on the western shore of Lake Garda and thus belongs to the province of Brescia/Lombardy.
Toscolano-Maderno forms the exact geographical center of Lake Garda and is characterized by a particularly mild microclimate.
This region can be compared to the Mediterranean climate of the Ligurian coast. Here, olives, lemons, oranges, and wine thrive. The year-round and regularly operated ferry port connects Maderno with Torri del Benaco on the eastern side of Lake Garda.
There are numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars. A variety of shopping options, including larger supermarkets, can be found in the town.
For sports enthusiasts, the region is the perfect location. Whether water sports of all kinds, hiking, or mountain biking – everyone gets their money’s worth here. A variety of sights in the lakeside towns and cultural cities of the surrounding area guarantee an eventful holiday!
