Perfect vacation with a dreamlike sea view!
"Our time in the Yucca vacation apartment in Nerja was simply fantastic. Upon entering the apartment, we were thrilled by the breathtaking sea view - it was hard to get enough of it. Waking up every morning and seeing the endless blue of the sea was an absolute highlight of our stay. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and very tastefully furnished with all the extras, which made our stay particularly enjoyable." One notices that the landlady places great importance on cleanliness and a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, an absolutely recommendable accommodation for a relaxing family vacation.

Top equipment and great sea view
"We were at Yucca de Capistrano for 14 days in June 2024, and it was wonderful days. A panoramic view that is unbeatable. The top amenities of the apartment including fly screens and air conditioning units. Just a few meters to the pool and also within walking distance to the restaurant La Parra, which offers top quality at moderate prices." The place Nerja is a truly lovable little town with its beaches, tapas bars, restaurants, chiringuitos, and the pedestrian zone with many boutiques and shops. We are very happy to come back.

Wonderful holiday apartment
The holiday apartment has a dreamlike view of Nerja and the sea and is quietly located. The apartment is tastefully furnished in all areas, and the entire apartment was very clean and had plenty of dishes, making cooking a pleasure. The exact descriptions and explanations, e.g., directions to the apartment, apartment key, electricity consumption, etc., make it very easy for the holiday guests. We felt very well taken care of. A parking space was always available. "If we were to travel to Andalusia again, we would rent this apartment anytime again."

Fantastic time in a dream apartment
"We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment in the summer. It was a wonderful time, as we felt very comfortable there from the first minute, and the terrace and the view of Nerja were simply breathtakingly beautiful. Everything is as described by the landlords. And if there is a problem, it is quickly resolved by the landlords. We can recommend this apartment without reservation." So, when we come back to Nerja, it will definitely be to this beautiful apartment again.

Great apartment | perfect organization
The apartment, including the view, corresponds exactly to the photos; the kitchen is well-equipped, and we particularly liked that the balcony is sheltered from the wind at this time of year. This allowed us to spend many hours on the loungers on the balcony. When it got colder in the evenings or at night, the apartment could also be heated quickly through the radiators. The organization was characterized by detailed information in advance and always quick responses via email. That's why we had no further communication needs on site. It was great - we will definitely come back again. '

We, a couple in our mid-50s, are your directly responsible private landlords. We started renting holiday homes on the Costa del Sol back in 2001. Since then, we have of course been constantly developing – in everything: furnishings, equipment, style, and number of properties. For a long time, we have been living & working ourselves in Nerja for most of the year. If there is ever a task to be solved, we can organize it promptly – as we speak Spanish and are well connected. We work with a good maintenance service and the cleaning team of a Belgian agency on site. There you can also book excursions & order additional services. We immediately fell in love with this area back then and quickly inspired other travel enthusiasts as well. This allowed us to gain additional 'shareholders' within the family in Germany for our private holiday rentals, so that we are now able to offer you a larger selection of private, modern holiday properties.
