Our flat is situated in a very quiet but central location to the village centre and shopping facilities (approx. 5 min.). Parking, walking and hiking trails as well as cross-country skiing tracks are nearby.
Laupheim is served by the Interegioexpress (IRE) Stuttgart / Friedrichshafen and the regional trains (RB) Ulm / Sigmaringen and Langenau / Biberach. Laupheim is served every half hour via Laupheim West station and the city railway station / ZOB. There are connections in the direction of Ulm and Biberach. Apartment nicht zu empfehlen! Finger Weg!
Unsere große Familie wurde nach einem kurzfristigen Upgrade (2 Tage vor der Anreise) Seite des Vermieters statt in eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung + ein Apartment (im gleichen Haus) in eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung ( im OG eines anderen Hauses)+ ein Apartment + ein Einbett-Zimmer im Keller untergebracht. Leider hat der Vermieter zu dem Apartment und zum Zimmer keinerlei Bilder und Infos auf der Homepage stehen. Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern und war OK. Das Apartment ist ein umgerüstetes Zimmer mit 4 Metallbetten im Partykeller, einer Küche im Gasraum des Kellers, dem halbfunktionierenden Bad (das Wasser kam so langsam von oben wie dieses auch von unten abfloss), dem Gemeinschaftsgang , wo man vom ganzen Haus die Wäsche zum Trocknen aufgehängt hat, keinen Kleiderschrank oder irgendeine Ablage für die Kleidersachen, geschweige denn Spinnweben, hängenden Kabeln, eiskaltem Klo, nicht vorhandener Privatsphäre, angeschlagenem Geschirr, ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Das Einbett-Zimmer wurde als Notlösung zum Übernachten für 2 Personen angeboten, befand sich im gleichen Keller und hatte ein unbeheiztes Klo + Waschbecken in einem Abstellraum. In diesem Zimmer waren die Schränke und Ablagen mit privaten Sachen des Vermieters vollgestopft, sodass wir fast keine Möglichkeit hatten die Koffer auszupacken. Es ist wirklich schade, dass in diesem Fall nicht die Kundenzufriedenheit auf dem ersten Platz steht.
