The holiday apartment
The spacious apartment with approx. 72 m² offers space for up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a modern bathroom with a window.
The fully equipped kitchen combines modern comfort with the special charm of the former farm worker’s house – ideal for cooking together after a day by the sea and ending the evening in comfort.
A special highlight is the large south-facing sun terrace. From midday until the evening you can enjoy the sun here and let your gaze wander over the garden.
Optional apartment – 35 m² for 2 people
For couples or additional guests, there is the option to rent the separate apartment with approx. 35 m² as well.
It has a bedroom, a new living kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and window.
The apartment can only be rented in combination with the large apartment. Price on request.

The approx. 2,000 m² large, well-kept property is a real highlight – and is repeatedly especially praised by our guests.
Here there is plenty of space for playing, romping, relaxing, and spending time together.
For families, there are swings, balls, a basketball hoop, and seating available, among other things. A barbecue also invites you to cozy evenings outdoors.
There is plenty of space for bicycles and anyone who just wants to enjoy the sun will find a quiet spot everywhere.

From the center or train station Norden, take the B72 / Norddeicher Straße towards Norddeich / Westermarsch.

Continue on the K214 heading west, then turn into Süderdeichstraße. Arrival holiday home: Süderdeichstraße 3 – please enter and park carefully.

We want you to feel comfortable with us from the very beginning. Lütt Hus am Süderdiek is located in an especially quiet area directly behind the dike – ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and distance from everyday life.
? Parking & Arrival:
Parking for up to 3 cars is available on the property.
Arrival is easy via a key box. You will receive detailed information about arrival and access before your stay.
? Bicycles:
A garage is available as a sheltered and secure storage option for your bicycles.
The location is ideal for bike tours through the marsh, along the dike, and into the surrounding area.
? Only about 10 meters to the dike:
A special highlight of the accommodation is its immediate proximity to the dike:
From the property, it is only about 10 meters across the street to the dike.
You can start a walk practically right outside the front door, set off by bike, or simply enjoy the vastness and tranquility of the North Sea landscape.

Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
We will gladly inform you of the corresponding costs when booking.
? Washing machine:
A washing machine is available.
A wash cycle costs €3.50 including detergent.
This allows you to easily do your laundry even during longer stays.

The nearest shopping facilities and a bakery are about 6 km away.
We recommend doing your daily shopping on the way to the accommodation if necessary.
We are also happy to give our guests personal tips for restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and nice excursion destinations in the area.

Currently, no fixed Wi-Fi is available.
Due to our special and quiet location directly at the dike, there is currently no fixed internet connection. A suitable internet solution is already being planned.
A fiber optic line has also been announced and is in planning for some time, but is not yet active.
Depending on your mobile provider, mobile internet reception is possible. For example, a smartphone can be used as a hotspot. Availability and speed may vary depending on provider and location.
For those who want to consciously switch off during their vacation, this may even be a small plus:

We had a wonderful time at Lütt Hus on Süderdiek and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.
Angelika and Jan are exceptionally warm hosts, making you feel welcome and at home from the very first moment.
You can immediately tell how much love and passion is invested in this special place.
The house is beautifully furnished, very clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped – a true feel-good place to relax and enjoy. We were particularly thrilled by the quiet location right by the dyke. The sheep on the dyke, the fresh North Sea air, and the relaxed atmosphere make the stay simply unique and incredibly relaxing. A real highlight was also Saturday evening: celebrating FC Schalke 04's promotion to the Bundesliga made for an unforgettable night. It’s exactly such special moments that make a trip unforgettable in the end. Thank you very much, dear Angelika and dear Jan, for your hospitality and this wonderful time.

Cozy little house right behind the dike
With two bedrooms and a large living room, the apartment offers enough space to spend cozy days even in bad weather. The kitchen and bathroom are also furnished to a high standard. The outdoor area on the south side, as well as the garden, are really great in sunny weather! The location directly behind the dike and 10 minutes by car to Norden and Norddeich is optimal. The landlords are very nice and give great excursion tips. We can wholeheartedly recommend a vacation here and would come back anytime.
