The residence is popular also because of its sunny location. Fonyódliget. The holiday home is situated on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (9 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, sunshade).

Smoking is prohibited in the property.

The price for the house is o. K. The cleanliness in Hungary is not like in Germany who has no problem, I can recommend it.

Too expensive for the standard. Stairs to the upper floor very steep. Everything has come down a bit.
