All windows in the house have been replaced and modernised, equipped with mobile fly screens and shutters. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Super nice landlords (older couple). However, they don't speak a word of German. Still works, with Google and hands/feet you get along.
Location on the main road, but not annoying. You can see something. Close to the water.
