The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2019 is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. All the windows in the house were replaced and modernized, fitted with mobile fly screens and shutters. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
