Treat yourself to a break in our small, charming house with a pitched roof – a vacation experience for families. Nestled on a sunny plot of around 360 m², it offers approximately 80 m² of living space for up to 5 people. Two bedrooms – one with a double bed (1.60x200) and one with three single beds (90x200) – as well as a practical baby cot and a high chair make it perfect for families with young guests. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, and kettle leaves nothing to be desired, and the friendly dining area invites you to enjoy meals together. Plenty of daylight through bright windows creates a cozy atmosphere in which relaxation quickly sets in. The bathroom features a window, shower, and toilet. Enjoy sunny days on the terrace, have a cozy barbecue with family and friends, or simply relax and unwind. Your furry friends are welcome—this is a pet-friendly home that leaves nothing to be desired. If you want to take your work with you on vacation, there is a small desk in one of the bedrooms. The location could hardly be better: the beach is within walking distance, perfect for long walks, sandcastles, and seaside fun. A lockable shed is available for your bikes, and the parking lot right next to the vacation home makes it easy to arrive.
