Our luxury villa is idyllically located on the coast of Les Issambres, an exclusive and quiet seaside resort on the Côte d’Azur, right next to Sainte-Maxime and opposite the legendary Saint-Tropez. The villa is situated in a very quiet and secure residential area and offers absolute privacy while still providing easy access to all amenities. Thanks to its exceptional location, the villa enjoys a spectacular 180° panoramic view of the sea and the Bay of Saint-Tropez with impressive sunrises and sunsets. The Mediterranean is only a few minutes away, and the beaches of Les Issambres are easily accessible.
At a distance of about 1.7 km is the charming harbor and promenade of Les Issambres with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, two supermarkets (Casino and SPAR), as well as several bakeries. From here, there is a direct ferry connection to Saint-Tropez, reaching the center in just 8 minutes – a comfortable and traffic-free alternative to the car.
Thanks to its central location, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Popular places such as Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Grimaud, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël are quickly accessible. In addition, the surrounding area offers expansive and untouched natural landscapes with hills, forests, and rivers – ideal for hiking, cycling, and canoeing.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the landlord by email (even if they have already informed the landlord by phone, for example). Depending on the date of the tenant’s written cancellation, the landlord will charge the following amounts: Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental: 35% of the rental price Cancellation less than 6 weeks but more than 1 week before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price If the tenant informs the landlord 1 week before the start of the rental, or only on the day the rental begins, or during the rental period, that they will no longer use the rental property, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price (100%).
