The modern new Villa Monika with pool consists of two holiday apartments that can remain open within the house or be closed on request. Each apartment with 80 sqm has two bedrooms, each with a double bed + double sofa bed in the living room. On request, 1-2 small children can also be accommodated. The green, manageable garden with barbecue arbor is completely fenced. Parties are not allowed in this property.

Villa Monika is located in Liznjan in a quiet new development, about 200 m from the outskirts of Medulin, 500 m from the football field in Liznjan and only 600 m from the Sami's Ranch horse farm in Medulin. The well-known and popular beaches of Medulin are about 2 km away - 5 minutes by car. Those who prefer quieter, more secluded beaches will find a variety of natural beaches in Liznjan and the surrounding area from a distance of 2.5 km (5 minutes by car). The beautifully landscaped community beach of Liznjan with a cafe and kiosk is also recommended - especially with children. You will also find other beautiful beaches and many sights in Pula and the surrounding area.
