The property is located within a 90-hectare estate surrounded by a pine forest and overlooking a lake. It features a pedestrian residence with shops, a pizzeria, bakery, and bar/ice cream parlor (independent businesses). The complex also boasts three swimming pools (open during specific dates) with slides and a paddling pool. Guests can enjoy additional entertainment options (for an extra charge) like tennis and mini golf, or explore two nearby 18-hole golf courses.

The apartment itself is a 25m² studio that comfortably sleeps five guests. It features a south-facing balcony with a sea view, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a trundle bed, an American-style kitchen, a cabin area with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is pet-friendly (with prior approval and additional fees).

Additional amenities and services available for a fee include Wi-Fi access, baby kit rental (crib and stroller), bed linen and towel rental, daily towel change, end-of-stay cleaning, and uncovered parking within the residence. The center pool is accessible to all guests from April 29th to September 15th. Lifeguards are present for the slide and pool only from July 1st to August 31st.
