Nice and functional house, perfect for cooking because very well equipped. Very nice garden. Communal swimming pool very friendly and well heated. Pretty beaches nearby. Very nice aquarium right next door. We had a great time and would definitely come back. We recommend this rental.

The house was very nice, well decorated, and very clean on arrival. Mme Hurth was very friendly and told us everything, incl. Use of the pool and grounds in the neighboring campsite. We have the two weeks very comfortable, and when we come back after Talmont St. Hilaire, like book again The only (very small) downside, the house is a little noisy - when the kids are asleep, you go as an adult best in the beautiful large garden and is under the jaw Baar tree to drink wine, to chat etc -)

We stayed three weeks in the house. The house is fully equipped and the garden is lovely, especially with (small) children (though not completely closed). However, we were not quite clean and the rooms that smell musty house. After all the sheets have washed (in the washer and dryer were available) and even still having once cleaned, it was a lot better. The setting is beautiful and there is 3 km away, a fantastic beach. The town of Sable d 'Olonne is fun to visit and within driving distance are several supermarkets nearby. The area is clearly evolving to attract more tourists, but here we had little trouble. The domaine is very peaceful, like the nice pool that is perfect for small children. across the street is a site where people 's can get the morning bread. Although there is also a bar with WiFi but this is really only available for campers.

Great comfortable house in a quiet environment. The ocean with great views and hiking trails is close (on the rocks climb at low tide!) But the nearest swimming beach approximately 3 km! The beautiful (surf) beaches are in Les Conches (25 km south).

The apartment is very nice, including the large garden with complete privacy. We were received very kindly by the owner of the house with a nice cool drink. The setting is beautiful; you can hear the sea at the house, so close. The sandy beach is a little further on a small two kilometers away. Great service from Octopus Travel!

Happy holiday had in this house. Cottage is very efficiently organized and very complete. Beds were fine, especially for the average home. We have a nice swim in the pool on the estate, fun for kids. There is a nice beach near (or by car).

Very good stay in this house which is really very well equipped. Very nice owners with a welcome snack on arrival. House according to photos, quiet environment. The sea is a stone's throw away and the cycle paths right next to it. The only negative point was a persistent odor in the toilets. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful holiday home with lovely garden. Fine pool and our children liked it very much that there are inflatables. In the description of Topictravel it is suggested that the children themselves can go to the playground on the domain. Unfortunately, this is not true. For us that was a huge setback, because we were glad to read a book in the garden while the children make friends in the playground. The house is on a road, the children have to cross it and walk a short distance, only then they come behind the barriers and they are on the car-free domain. For our children aged 5 and 7 it was too dangerous to go for yourself. Furthermore, very nice holiday.
