This spacious 49m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with an elevator, can accommodate up to 6 guests. The air-conditioned living room features a "rapido" convertible sofa (140 cm), a dining table with 6 chairs, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 3-burner hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe, and the second with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed and a 1x90 bunk bed, both with storage space.
