The spacious living room is divided into three areas: a comfortable lounge with a large screen TV and home cinema, a dining area, and a modern American kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, semi-professional gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate WC. The master suite on the lower level features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink, and direct access to the terraces.

Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms each offer a double bed and en-suite bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. For added privacy, the villa includes an independent apartment with a fourth air-conditioned bedroom, a separate living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker. This makes it an ideal choice for families or groups looking for both togetherness and privacy.

Outside, the villa boasts beautiful terraces with a dining area, relaxation spots, and a private 5x10m swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional charge. The garden features deckchairs, parasols, and a gas barbecue, creating a perfect space for outdoor dining and lounging.
