Located in the heart of the village and at the foot of the Super Châtel cable car, this 32m² studio offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. Situated on the 1st floor of a residence built in 1973 (without an elevator), the studio includes a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as an oven, hob, microwave, raclette machine, fondue machine, and a coffee maker. The apartment also features a south-west facing balcony, a TV, and duvets for all beds. For added convenience, guests can request a bed and a baby seat. There is a shared outdoor parking lot 30 meters from the residence. The property is not pet-friendly and has a deposit of €300.

The residence is ideally located close to the village center, with easy access to shops and local amenities. The Super Châtel cable car is just steps away, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. However, please note that pedestrian access to the residence is challenging during winter, with a 30-meter walk, and the building is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guests can also enjoy the nearby Multipass, which provides access to various local attractions for a reasonable fee.

The kitchen is well-equipped for guests to prepare their own meals, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the local Savoyard specialties like fondue and raclette.
