This spacious apartment, ideal for 8 to 10 people, offers 104 m² of living space plus a 28 m² mezzanine, located in the heart of La Clusaz. The apartment is a short walk from the Crêt du Merle chairlift and near cross-country skiing at the Beauregard gondola. The ground-floor unit features a large living room with a sofa bed, armchairs, TV, and a cozy ethanol fireplace. The 32.8 m² terrace with garden furniture provides a relaxing outdoor space. Pets are not allowed, and a bank deposit of €1000 is required.
