This charming apartment, renovated in 2021, is located in a residence built in 1953. With a capacity for 8 people (4 adults and 4 children), it offers 55 m² of living space, including 11 m² with a height under 1.80 meters. Situated on the 4th and last floor, with entrance on the 2nd level, this south-facing apartment includes WiFi and is part of a 10-apartment residence.

The residence enjoys an ideal location close to food shops, night establishments, daycare centers, and children's activities. In winter, it is only 100 meters from the departures of alpine skiing (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF, as well as cross-country skiing (Beauregard gondola). The property also offers a large private courtyard, is situated on the edge of a watercourse, and has a ski locker.
