Our country house, which is over 250 years old and has been lovingly modernised, is very well suited for finding peace and quiet; it is in a particularly beautiful, quiet location. It is only a few minutes to the private bathing beach or to the village centre.
The lake and the surrounding mountains, such as the Gerlitze, the Ossiacher Tauern or the Karawanken awaken the desire for activities. Swimming, cycling, hiking, climbing, paragliding, ... everything is possible!
The spacious garden with garden furniture and the terrace with barbecue are at your free disposal. Sit in the shade of a tree, read a book or simply relax.

The Carinthia Card is highly recommended, with many free attractions and discounted admission.
Our local mountain, the Gerlitzen Alpe, can be reached by car from Bodensdorf or by cable car from Annenheim for skiing in winter and exploring the beautiful hiking area with alpine huts in summer - great mountain for paragliding !

Dreamlike holiday in charming surroundings!
We were in Carinthia for the first time and found this house on the internet. The promises were more than fulfilled, we are happy to have made this choice.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Äußerst reizvolle Umgebung mit den Bergen und Seen! Herrlich für unsere ganze Familie, die Kinder konnten den ganzen Tag im Freien verbringen.
shopping facilities: Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, die Brötchen brachte der Bäcker direkt vor das Haus.
