This charming 2-room apartment, located in the ETOILE DE L'OCEAN residence, offers a comfortable and cozy stay for up to 4 people. Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, it features a bright living room with a dining area, lounge area with a TV, Hi-Fi system, armchairs, and a BZ sofa that transforms into a bed for two. The living room opens onto a small south-east facing balcony, providing a pleasant view of the Trinité-sur-Mer port. The apartment also includes an equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a 2-burner induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and TV.

The apartment is just 200 meters from shops and 900 meters from Plage du Port, offering easy access to local amenities and the beautiful beach. Guests can also enjoy the surrounding coastal area. The building provides private parking (small space for a car) in the basement, with the first spot on the left. Please note that pets are not allowed.
