This residence, located in Monflanquin on the edge of a lake, offers a 28m² apartment on the ground floor with a furnished terrace and a view of the swimming pool. Accommodation includes a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) and a bedroom with two single beds. Pets are allowed (65€/week or 10€/day). Outdoor parking is available.

Monflanquin, with its typical architecture, is an ideal place to stay for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and practicing sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m.

The apartment includes a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a separate WC. The covered terrace, facing North-East, offers a view of the swimming pool. Wifi access, bed linen and bathroom linen are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax is to be paid on site. A television is available. A deposit of €500 is required.
