This residence in Monflanquin, on the edge of a lake, offers a 39m² house with a furnished terrace and a view of the forest, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes a living room with a sofa bed and a trundle bed, as well as two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Pets are allowed (65€/week or 10€/day). Outdoor parking is included.

The village of Monflanquin, with its typical architecture, is an ideal starting point for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and practicing sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m.

The house includes a living room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/shower and WC and a separate WC. The uncovered terrace offers a view of the forest. Wifi access, bed linen and bathroom linen are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax is to be paid on site. A TV and hairdryer are available. A deposit of €1200 is required.
