This residence in Monflanquin, on the edge of a lake, offers a 27.54m² apartment on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It includes a living room with a sofa bed and a trundle bed, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. Pets are allowed (65€/week or 10€/day). Outdoor parking is available.

Monflanquin, a typical village, is ideal for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m.

The apartment includes a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC. The balcony, facing North-East, offers a view of the swimming pool and is equipped with a deck chair. Wifi access, bed linen and towels are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax is to be paid on site. A television is available. A deposit of €500 is required.
