The property features a south-facing balcony, a cozy living room with a TV, a convertible sofa (double bed), and a dining area with parquet flooring. A steep staircase leads to the upstairs sleeping area with a low ceiling, featuring a double bed and two single bunk beds (upper berth not suitable for children under 6). Pets are not allowed, and a ski locker is provided for added convenience.

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes near the station entrance, this residence offers excellent access to winter and summer activities. The Belle Etoile chairlift, just steps away, connects to the beginner-friendly Crêtes area, with ski return possible to the building. During summer, enjoy mini-golf, trampolines, and various recreational activities nearby. Shops and the Post Office are conveniently located just 10m from the building, making it easy to access daily essentials.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric gas stove, oven, four electric hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and fondue set.
