Located on the 4th floor of a secure and upscale residence, the apartment features two terraces and a dedicated parking space. Upon entering, you’ll find a corridor with a wardrobe leading to a west-facing bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers. The apartment also includes a separate toilet and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances such as a small refrigerator, 2 induction hobs, a dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, and washing machine, and provides access to a small 2 m² terrace.

The bright living and dining area includes an extra sofa bed, a television, and a dining space, and opens onto a spacious, sunny 4.5 m² terrace facing south. This terrace is equipped with an awning and outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days.
