Located in the peaceful "La Croix des Gardes" district of Cannes, this residence is just 2 km from the city center and the famous Croisette. Guests can access the beach located 800 meters away, and the residence provides an infinity pool with a panoramic sea view, open from April 15 to November 4. Entertainment options include free access to a ping pong table, a tennis court, and a children's play area. For additional charges, guests can enjoy water skiing, and an 18-hole golf course is located 20 minutes from the residence.
