It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (suitable for long stays), a living room overlooking the city. A beautiful bedroom is adjoining with a gigantic cupboard to store your belongings. Openwork bathroom, separate toilet. The shops are downstairs and you park your car in the Peyrou car park for greater convenience. Because afterwards we stroll on foot through the streets of Montpellier. The bedroom has a large bed. The living room has a convertible sofa, very pleasant. Fully air-conditioned apartment, wifi, high-speed internet, small office to work.
The Place de la Canourgue district is very popular with Montpellier residents. It is the dominant viewpoint of the city with its magnificent Place de la Canourgue which was once the seat of the town hall. Lino Ventura and Jacques Brel shot a film there in the 1970s. Today it is home to antique dealers and artisan boutiques. There are plans to open a 5-star hotel nearby in 2020.

Public underground parking "Arc de Triomphe" or "Prefecture" or "Pitot". Montpellier is a pedestrian city. It is impossible to park in front of the apartment.
