The bungalow is spacious, practically divided, and everything is available. Upon arrival, two things were defective, and we reported them immediately. It was received very kindly by the reception, and it will be fixed soon. Everyone on the premises is very friendly and helpful, and the grounds are very nice and child- and dog-friendly.

We have already been to the Vital CAMP Bayerbach several times and can truly say that it is a wonderful campsite that we look forward to every time. The entire facility is very nicely designed, well-maintained, and offers a great atmosphere for relaxing. We are especially excited every time about the playground – it is really a highlight for children! The chalets are also beautifully designed. One immediately notices that a lot of value has been placed on a thoughtful and stylish concept here. The furnishings are modern, cozy, and also visually very appealing. We would also like to give a big compliment to the staff, who always make our stay particularly pleasant. Especially Silvia from the spa area is incredibly friendly and warm. We would also like to highlight Jojo, who takes care of many craft and organizational tasks and is always helpful. The young waiter in the Stadel and the friendly waitress Andrea also deserve great praise – you simply feel welcome and well taken care of. Although we usually rarely write reviews, we would still like to honestly address one point because we truly care about the place: The cleaning of the chalets should, in our view, be improved. Since we have already visited several chalets, we have unfortunately noticed time and again that the cleanliness does not quite match the otherwise high standard of the facility. Often it seems that the floors are not thoroughly mopped, there are still many pet hairs from previous guests, and the kitchen, surfaces, or doors are also not properly clean in some areas. Especially when you pay for the final cleaning, you expect a truly clean chalet upon arrival. Here it might be useful to reconsider the current cleaning service or to control the cleaning more thoroughly. Furthermore, we have noticed that in the morning at the reception, one sometimes has to greet multiple times before a "Good morning" is returned at all. This really does not fit the otherwise friendly atmosphere of the place. Nevertheless, we always enjoy coming here and can absolutely recommend the Vital CAMP Bayerbach overall. One can tell how much passion is invested in this facility.

Wir waren mittlerweile schon öfter im Vital CAMP Bayerbach und können wirklich sagen, dass es ein wunderbarer Campingplatz ist, auf den wir uns jedes Mal aufs Neue freuen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, gepflegt und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert sind wir jedes Mal vom Spielplatz – für Kinder wirklich ein absolutes Highlight! Auch die Chalets sind wunderschön gestaltet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf ein durchdachtes und stilvolles Konzept gelegt wurde. Die Einrichtung ist modern, gemütlich und auch optisch einfach sehr ansprechend. Ein ganz großes Lob möchten wir außerdem an die Mitarbeiter aussprechen, die unseren Aufenthalt immer besonders angenehm machen. Vor allem Silvia aus dem Spa-Bereich ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Ebenso möchten wir Jojo hervorheben, der sich um viele handwerkliche und organisatorische Dinge kümmert und immer hilfsbereit ist. Auch der junge Kellner im Stadel sowie die freundliche Kellnerin Andrea verdienen ein großes Lob – man fühlt sich einfach willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Obwohl wir normalerweise selten Bewertungen schreiben, möchten wir dennoch einen Punkt ehrlich ansprechen, weil uns der Platz wirklich am Herzen liegt: Die Reinigung der Chalets sollte aus unserer Sicht verbessert werden. Da wir bereits mehrere Chalets besucht haben, ist uns leider immer wieder aufgefallen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht ganz dem sonstigen hohen Niveau der Anlage entspricht. Oft wird scheinbar nicht gründlich gewischt, man findet noch viele Tierhaare von vorherigen Gästen, und auch Küche, Oberflächen oder Türen sind teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Gerade wenn man für die Endreinigung bezahlt, erwartet man ein wirklich sauberes Chalet bei der Ankunft. Hier wäre es vielleicht sinnvoll, den aktuellen Putzdienst noch einmal zu überdenken oder die Reinigung gründlicher zu kontrollieren. Außerdem ist uns aufgefallen, dass man morgens an der Rezeption teilweise mehrfach grüßen muss, bevor überhaupt ein „Guten Morgen“ zurückkommt. Das passt eigentlich gar nicht zu der sonst so freundlichen Atmosphäre des Platzes. Nichtsdestotrotz kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne hierher und können das Vital CAMP Bayerbach insgesamt absolut weiterempfehlen. Man merkt, wie viel Herzblut in dieser Anlage steckt.
