We have already been to the Vital CAMP Bayerbach several times and can truly say that it is a wonderful campsite that we look forward to every time. The entire facility is very nicely designed, well-maintained, and offers a great atmosphere for relaxing. We are especially thrilled every time by the playground – truly an absolute highlight for children! The chalets are also beautifully designed. One immediately notices that a lot of value has been placed on a thoughtful and stylish concept here. The furnishings are modern, cozy, and also visually very appealing. We would also like to give a big compliment to the staff, who always make our stay particularly pleasant. Especially Silvia from the spa area is incredibly friendly and warm. We would also like to highlight Jojo, who takes care of many craft and organizational matters and is always helpful. The young waiter in the Stadel and the friendly waitress Andrea also deserve great praise – you simply feel welcome and well taken care of. Although we usually rarely write reviews, we still want to honestly address one point because the place is truly dear to us: The cleaning of the chalets should, in our opinion, be improved. Since we have already visited several chalets, we have unfortunately noticed repeatedly that the cleanliness does not quite match the otherwise high standard of the facility. Often, it seems that the floors are not thoroughly cleaned, there are still many pet hairs from previous guests, and the kitchen, surfaces, or doors are partially not properly clean. Especially when you pay for the final cleaning, you expect a truly clean chalet upon arrival. Here it might be useful to reconsider the current cleaning service or to control the cleaning more thoroughly. Furthermore, we have noticed that in the morning at the reception, one sometimes has to greet multiple times before a "Good morning" is returned at all. This really does not fit the otherwise friendly atmosphere of the place. Nevertheless, we always enjoy coming here and can absolutely recommend the Vital CAMP Bayerbach overall. One can tell how much passion is invested in this facility.
