The premises (approx. 98 sqm) can be occupied by up to 4 adults + 1 child and are divided as follows: A large, modern living/dining room and adjoining, comfortable kitchenette with bar counter and all-round glazing with a fantastic view - 1 double bedroom with integrated bathroom - 1 further bedroom with double beds + own bathroom is separately in the extended extension and 1 additional sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living area - another 3rd bathroom with shower/toilet is also available - the large, furnished and covered terrace in front of the house and a beautiful small balcony with loungers and a fantastic view of the sea complete this highly recommended holiday home for a relaxing holiday in SARDINIA.

Distance from CAGLIARI airport only approx. 42 km - from OLBIA approx. 3.5 hours by car and ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours by car. Shopping and service options: Free use of the internal swimming pool and tennis courts in the complex from mid-June to mid-September. Other sports (water sports - golf - horseback riding) are offered throughout the area. Nearby there are bars, gelateria, pizzerias and restaurants. A supermarket is about km away. The next larger town (approx. 10 km) is the idyllic resort of PULA (approx. inhabitants) where guests are offered a lot in summer (shopping, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cultural events and concerts).

Very nice holiday flat
The flat is in excellent condition. Very nicely furnished. There is plenty of everything you need for a nice stay. Kitchen etc. Car is a must. Nearby excellent beaches with Caribbean flair. However, it should be mentioned that there is a parking space on the street and there are 42 steps to climb to the flat. The flat is normally occupied by the owner and therefore very well furnished. We felt very comfortable in the flat. The manager Paolo is very nice. He even carried our suitcases to the flat and to the car on arrival and departure. All in all a successful holiday. However, if you want to do something, you have to go to Pula or Cagliari.
