Welcome to Holiday Home Eric in Krummhörn-Greetsiel – your perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea!
The house offers 80 m² of space for up to 6 guests in three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC. A spacious living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy cozy evenings.
Through an intermediate door, you enter the living area with fitted kitchen, dining set, comfortable sitting corner, and terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – ideal for cooking together. In the dining area with a large wooden table, you can enjoy your meals in a pleasant atmosphere.
Upstairs is the daylight bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed.
In the open attic, there are two more single beds.
Holiday Home Eric thus has a total of 3 bedrooms:
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, small sitting area in the bay window.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables with lamp, wardrobe, shelf, desk.
Attic: Open bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables with lamp, chest of drawers, TV.
In the daylight shower bathroom upstairs, there is a shower next to the WC. A mirror, a washbasin, and a base cabinet. A shelf for your personal items completes the comfort in the bathroom. The washing machine is also located there.
The small storage room in the hallway in front of the living area (next to the guest WC) contains, in addition to various cleaning utensils (broom, vacuum cleaner …), an iron, ironing board, and drying rack, all at your disposal.
Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen and dining table for up to 6 people. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things:

A cozy large corner couch invites you (even on cold days) to relax and dream by the fireplace. For your entertainment, you will find, for example, a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player and a radio-CD player (Bluetooth, DAB .), as well as a small collection of games with various card games in the TV cabinet. Wi-Fi with guest access (surfing and email) is available to you free of charge.
In the well-kept garden with terrace, you can enjoy the fresh air or have a barbecue together on the charcoal grill. For families, a high chair and travel cot are available, and a washing machine is also provided. The holiday home is strictly non-smoking and offers free Wi-Fi as well as a TV for relaxing hours. A private parking space for 2 cars directly at the house ensures convenient arrival and short distances.
Tradespeople and long-term guests are also very welcome. A hairdryer is of course available. The tasteful furnishings with lots of wood and loving details create a special feel-good atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels for you for a fee.
Per person, 25.00 euros are charged for a bed linen and towel package (1 bath towel and 2 hand towels).
A visitor's tax is due, which must be transferred to the owner along with the rent before arrival. You will receive the relevant information to register with the spa administration.
During your stay, the owners are available as your contact persons. For our little guests…
a travel cot (including mattress and sheet), a high chair, as well as drawing materials and building blocks are available if needed.
