We present to you the newly renovated Villa Columbo, located in the quiet village of Golubovo, not far from Barbariga and Vodnjan. The villa exudes a special charm and is the ideal choice for up to 8 people who wish to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The sea is 2.6 km away, while restaurants and shops are about 3.4 km from the property. Villa Columbo offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a spacious interior area of 200 m², perfectly suited for families or a group of friends. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as another small lounge area with a beautiful fireplace. On this floor there is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. On the first floor are the three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds have air conditioning and private bathrooms, and one of them has access to a beautiful balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with two separate beds – ideal for children or guests who prefer separate beds.
The outdoor area of the villa is particularly impressive. Guests can enjoy a private pool of 32 m² with sun terrace and loungers, a table tennis table, as well as two covered dining areas with a barbecue.
The entire property is fully fenced, and 3 to 4 private parking spaces are available.
