We would like to introduce to you the beautifully furnished Villa Ulika, located in a quiet area near Vodnjan in Istria. It is the perfect choice for up to 6 people seeking comfort, privacy, and genuine Mediterranean flair. The sea is only 2.6 km away, and restaurants as well as shopping facilities can be found at a distance of 3.4 km. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms, spread over a total of 143 m² – ideal for families or friends who want to spend a wonderful time together while still having their own retreat.
On the ground floor there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor are the two other bedrooms, both with their own bathroom – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, and one even offers a beautiful balcony with a view of nature and the tranquility of the Istrian landscape.
Outside, you will find a private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area with a grill, as well as a jacuzzi for relaxation. For entertainment, there is table tennis, and right next to the house there is a playground with football goals, perfect for children.
