We are pleased to present to you the newly furnished Villa Lavanda. It is located in the quiet village of Golubovo, very close to Barbariga and Vodnjan. The villa has a very special charm and is ideal for up to 8 people who want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The sea is only 2.6 km away, and restaurants as well as shopping facilities can be reached after 3.4 km. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a very spacious interior area of 200 m² – perfect for families or friends. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and an additional, smaller living space with a beautiful fireplace. On this floor there is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom – and one also offers great access to the balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ideal for children or friends who prefer separate beds.
Outside, a private pool with 32 m² awaits you, sun loungers, a children's playground, table football, and two covered dining areas with a grill – perfect for cozy summer evenings. The entire property is fully fenced, and 3 to 4 private parking spaces are available.
