Casa El Guillargon is a new, modern-style holiday home. Located in a quiet area near Pinar de Roche, El Guillargon is the perfect retreat for the whole family.

The house features a spacious living room with a large window opening onto the veranda, offering views of the swimming pool (7 x 4 meters wide/long, with a depth of 135 to 145 cm), the garden, and the covered barbecue area. This room will be the heart of your home, providing the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

The open-plan kitchen/living room is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also provided.

The house has two bedrooms accommodating up to four people. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (135 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds. The house features two bathrooms with showers: one inside the house and one near the barbecue and pool area.
