This beautiful villa in a rustic Spanish style is situated in a very quiet location in the hills outside Conil.

The approximately 10 x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with many Mediterranean plants. The property is approximately 1,200 square meters in total.

The villa offers all the comforts for up to 7-8 people:

4 large bedrooms: two with two single beds (0.90m wide), one with a single bed and the option of an extra bed, and one with a double bed and an adjoining large balcony with a table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms each on the first and second floors, making the villa ideally suited – also due to its size of 170 square meters – for a holiday with two families traveling together.

On the upper floor, there are two lovely balconies, one facing the sunrise and the other the sunset, each approximately 14 square meters in size. One of them has stairs leading to the small terrace, from which the view is even more impressive.

The porch, designed with natural stone and wooden beams, as well as the entrance hall and staircase of the house, are particularly magnificent – attention has been paid to every detail, from the illuminated plants to the Andalusian ornaments.

The living room features a beautiful fireplace, two sofas, a dining table with eight chairs, and a TV with international channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, and much more.

Each floor has a very nice bathroom, the one downstairs with a large corner bathtub.
