Description

The Villa Valtura is a spacious estate in the village of Valtura, only 11 km from the historic city of Pula and 17 km from the charming coastal town of Fažana.

The villa combines modern comfort with Istrian charm and offers space for up to 12 guests – an ideal retreat for families and groups.

The estate features a private, heated pool (50 m²), surrounded by a sun terrace with 12 loungers and an outdoor shower. A barbecue area invites you to dine outdoors, and private parking spaces ensure comfort throughout your stay.

For entertainment, a game room with billiards and darts is available to you.

Inside Villa Valtura, there are six comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering every guest privacy and comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The living room with air conditioning and TV opens directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless living experience between indoors and outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The villa is ideally located to explore some of the most beautiful sights of southern Istria. The Amphitheater Arena Pula is only 11 km away, and from the picturesque coastal town of Fažana (17 km) you can take boat trips to the Brijuni National Park. For a day in nature, the turquoise water and scenic hiking trails of Cape Kamenjak (24 km) are just a short drive away.

Pula Airport (PUY) is only 4.2 km from the villa.

Villa Valtura is located in the village of Valtura and offers convenient access to many attractions and amenities in Istria.

The city of Pula is only 11 km away, while the popular coastal towns of Medulin and Fažana can be reached at 13.2 km and 16.9 km respectively.

For a longer day trip, the charming town of Rovinj (42.9 km) and Poreč (approx. 61.1 km) are recommended. Nearby you will find several excellent restaurants: The traditional Istrian tavern Megi is only 2.7 km away, Restaurant Batak Pula and Konoba Boccaporta are 11.5 km and 13.5 km away, respectively.

For daily needs, the Studenac market is only 450 m away, and the larger Plodine supermarket in Pula is 10.2 km from the villa.

Pula Airport (PUY) is 4.2 km away, and you can reach the E751 highway after 6.8 km. For sightseeing and leisure activities, the historic Pula Arena (11 km), the Archaeological Park Vižula (12.2 km), and the Adrenaline Park Medulin (13.5 km) are recommended. The impressive Kap Kamenjak nature reserve, ideal for swimming and exploring, is 24.1 km from the villa.
