There are 2 sleeping places there (each 90x190cm) with a small seating area and table, microwave and small refrigerator as well as ceiling fan. The bathroom with walk-in shower has been recently renovated.
The rental price includes use of the house, water, standard electricity and Wi-Fi. 2026 electricity for air conditioning Euro 90.00 per week, not applicable from 2027. As a tourist tax is charged for Les Tres Cales by the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar, this must be paid at the time of booking: 2 euros per day / adult / stay (+16 years).
For pool cleaning, final cleaning, key handover, and mandatory tenant support, a fee of €200.00 is due at the time of booking; this will no longer apply from 2027.
Linen package rental fee: €15.00 per person. Bed cover incl. pillowcase, sheet, and one normal and one large towel.

Fantastisch!
Wij hebben 2 weken in de vakantiewoning gezeten en waren er super blij mee.
Van aankomst tot vertrek was alles goed geregeld en gecommuniceerd.
Bij aankomst was er een Duits stel die in spanje woont. Met de man hadden we ook contact via de WhatsApp. Een ontzettende fijne, vriendelijke man die snel reageert en komt als er een probleem is!
In het huis was alles wat je wenst aanwezig. Airco, zitkussen voor alle stoelen en ligbedden, uitgebreid opgemaakt bed, handdoeken, keuken apparatuur, spelletjes, alle soorten glazen, etc. Meer dan ik ooit heb gezien. Een nadeel is een ontzettend kleine vaatwasser ( ongeveer de helft van een "normale" maat).
Er is in de woonkamer een airco en 1 op de gang die in alle slaapkamers blaast. De airco deed het super goed. Er is geen airco in de slaapkamers, wat wij erg prettig vonden. Wel was er in iedere slaapkamer een ventilator.
Ook buiten was er goed nagedacht over de benodigdheden. Er is een waslijn met voldoende knijpers, hangmat, kussens voor alle tuinmeubels, lichtjes en een ventilator bij het zitdeel. Ook een horgordijn hangt bij de patio, zodat je in de avond lekker kan zitten zonder muggen. Het enige nadeel is wel dat er een mooi bosje op de hoek staat, maar hier zitten doorns aan waar het hor soms aan blijft hange..
Op meerdere plekken kan je zitten in de tuin.
Het zwembad was mooi groot, goed onderhouden ( zelfs tijdens het verblijf kwam er iemand langs voor de schoonmaak).
De tuin is prachtig en ontzettend ruim. Binnen is het niet erg groot, maar omdat je toch voornamelijk buiten leeft is dat niet erg. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een erg kleine kast en er zijn weinig kledinghangers in alle slaapkamers aanwezig, maar ook dat is niet heel erg.
In de straat is een restaurant (bambalina) waar je lekker kan eten tussen de localt. Daarnaast is een jeu de boule baan, voetbalveld en basketbalveld & speeltuin. In de zomer is daar een klein kinder kermisje.
