Nicht für die Wintermonate geeignet

Das Haus steht in Nord-Ost Richtung hoch am Berg.
Die Sonne haben wir in 6 Wochen selten auf der Terrasse gesehen.
Das Mobiliar ist sehr abgerockt/verschlissen.
Die Küchenausstattung war minderwertig bis billig.
Das alles mag im Sommer, wenn sich alles draußen abspielt (Grill etc) nicht so sehr ins Gewicht fallen, aber im Winter ist dieses Haus mMn nicht zu empfehlen.
