Our spacious chalet Küstenperle is located in the popular holiday park Julianahoeve in Renesse, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful North Sea beach.
A special highlight is the large, newly designed and secluded terrace with weatherproof roofing.
Directly from the chalet, you can access the sheltered terrace area through the back door – ideal for relaxing hours outdoors, even in changeable North Sea weather. The modern chalet accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families with children or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea together.

The newly designed terrace is a central feature of the chalet. Thanks to the roofing and the sheltered area, you can sit outside comfortably here even in wind or light rain.
The terrace is furnished with seating and offers enough space for shared meals or relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.
The property is 175m2 in size and is centrally located in the park (area VALK), but still pleasantly quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. The holiday park Julianahoeve is a very well-maintained and family-friendly park and is especially popular with families with children. The spacious, newly designed and secluded terrace with a roof is a special highlight of the chalet.
In the same park, we also rent out our chalet "Küstentraum" for up to 4 people, which has already been successfully rented for some time and has received many very positive guest reviews.

Perfect vacation!
We were spontaneous and there for the first time during the autumn holidays. Both the facility and the house completely thrilled us! The coastal pearl is super equipped and leaves nothing to be desired! Everything very clean, very organized, furnished with love for detail - we felt completely comfortable. The children immediately rode their bikes around the area, which was possible without any concerns due to the close proximity to the main square. The terrace offers plenty of space for privacy and is also well-suited for windier or rainy days. The hosts were always reachable and made a huge joy for the children with their nice welcome gesture. We will definitely come back ☀️

Great accommodation
The accommodation is centrally located in the park, with restaurants, supermarket, and swimming pool in direct proximity, yet very quiet. A lot is offered here for children. The property is not visible from the outside.
The accommodation was very clean.
The beach and the town of Renesse are easily reachable on foot, optimal by bike!
The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen really lacked nothing, and the existing air conditioning kept us warm on cool evenings. Outside, one can sit outside for a long time in the evening due to the roof and the possibility of closing the sides. There is a beach chair and a small hut where one can, for example, park their own bicycles. Bicycles are available for use in the accommodation.
The hosts were top-notch! Very friendly, reliable, quick in their responses, and always approachable!
We would definitely recommend this accommodation! ! ! !

Very nice, clean, and excellent location
This summer we, one adult and two 12-year-olds, were there and had a very nice vacation.
It was very clean, new, and we lacked nothing. The amenities particularly include a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, air fryer, etc.), two televisions, two toilets, and especially the powerful air conditioning. Everything is very well thought out and was excellently prepared and very clean. Additionally, we really liked the beach chair and the outdoor shower. We used the bicycles daily to go to the beach. The Gazelle is particularly recommended.
The location is ideal. You are 100% shielded from view and alone. This is not the case with most chalets. We particularly liked that. You are in the center of the huge complex in two minutes. It was very comfortable: being able to just go home. Nevertheless, we didn't notice the hustle and bustle in the center. Perfect.
It is windy at the North Sea. However, this chalet is very sheltered from the wind. So there was always a sufficient breeze, but it wasn't too windy.
The landlords were very friendly when we had a question.
We will come back next year. Thank you.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.
Der Strand und der Ort Renesse sind fussläufig gut erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad optimal!
Die Betten waren super bequem, in der Küche hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt, die vorhandene Klimaanlage hat uns an kühlen Abenden gewärmt. Außen kann man abends lange draußen sitzen aufgrund der Überdachung und der Möglichkeit die Seiten zu schließen. Es gibt einen Strandkorb und eine kleine Hütte, in der man z.B. eigene Fahrräder abstellen kann. In der Unterkunft sind Fahrräder zur Benutzung vorhanden.
Die Gastgeber waren top! Sehr freundlich, zuverlässig, schnell in Ihren Antworten und jederzeit ansprechbar!
Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!!
Es war sehr sauber, neu und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ausstattung sind besonders eine vollwertige Küchenausstattung( Gasherd, Air Fryer etc.), zwei Fernseher, zwei Toiletten und vor besonders die leistungsstarke Klimaanlage hervorzuheben. Es ist alles sehr durchdacht und war hervorragend vorbereitet und sehr sauber.
Außerdem haben uns der Strandkorb und die Außendusche sehr gut gefallen. Die Fahrräder haben wir täglich genutzt um zum Strand zu fahren. Besonders ist die Gazelle zu empfehlen.
Die Lage ist ideal. Man ist zu 100% sichtgeschützt und für sich allein. Das ist bei den meisten Chalets nicht der Fall. Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Man ist in zwei Minuten im Zentrum der riesigen Anlage. Das war sehr komfortabel: mal eben heimgehen zu können. Dennoch haben wir von dem Trubel im Zentrum nichts mitbekommen. Perfekt.
An der Nordsee ist es windig. Dieses Chalet ist allerdings sehr windgeschützt. Sodass immer ein ausreichendes Lüftchen zog, aber es nicht zu windig wurde.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, als wir mal eine Frage hatten.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Danke

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in 5 Minuten ist man an den zentralen Einrichtungen, die Kinder konnten völlig selbständig die Angebote nutzen durch die kurzen Wege. Auch am Strand ist man schnell. Julianahoeve ist mehr als toll und Angebote für Kinder aller Altersklassen und auch Erwachsene sind dabei, die wir rege genutzt haben. Weil wir dieses Jahr sehr früh Sommerferien hatten und das vor den holländischen Ferien war der Betrieb im Park gering und sehr angenehm.
Der kleine Innenhof am Chalet mit Strandkorb, überdachtem Tisch und Außendusche ist nicht einsehbar und lässt maximale Privatsphäre zu. Die Fahrräder vor Ort haben wir viel genutzt und sind völlig ausreichend, das Auto haben wir nucht gebraucht. Auch sonst gibt es im Gartenhaus u.a. einen kleinen Bollerwagen, Sandspielzeug und Drachen.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft klar weiter und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Vermieter des Chalets sind sehr nett, wir können das Chalet Küstenperle uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das einzige was wir bemängelt haben, war das Thema Sauberkeit. Mit der Putzfirma wurde gesprochen und es wird daran gearbeitet, dass es in Zukunft wieder richtig sauber ist bei der Ankunft. Da es uns im Chalet Küstenperle sonst trotzdem so gut gefallen hat, werden wir bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen ?☀️?
Wir machen bereits seit 9 Jahren jährlich Urlaub auf Julianahoeve und waren nun erstmals im Chalet Küstenperle.
Die zentrale Lage auf dem Campingplatz und das Chalet an sich überzeugen.
Neben der guten Ausstattung hat uns besonders die Ausrichtung des eigenen "Gartens" überzeugt. Dieser Bereich ist im Vergleich zu anderen Chalets nicht einsehbar und bietet somit ein Plus an Privatsphäre.
Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war auch hervorragend.
Wir kommen in den Sommerferien wieder!
