The spacious 100 sqm holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms as well as a bathroom. Enjoy time together in the well-kept garden or on the sunny terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and egg cooker, so you can cater for yourself at any time. Cookware, dishes, and an extractor hood are of course available. For entertainment, there is a TV and satellite TV as well as free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included, and a washing machine is also available to you. A high chair for your baby is available. An iron and a hairdryer complete the amenities. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is also suitable for longer stays. Enjoy relaxing days by the lake, discover the surroundings, and feel completely at ease in this charming accommodation. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Our holiday apartment is located directly at the upper reservoir area/nature reserve of the beautiful Aartalsee in the 500-inhabitant village of Mudersbach, municipality of Hohenahr. Hohenahr is located at a central point, as various excursion destinations can be reached from here, such as the beautiful half-timbered town of Herborn, Marburg and Braunfels with their historic castles, as well as Gießen and Wetzlar for extensive shopping opportunities.
Anyone who wants to relax and swim here is in exactly the right place!
