ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Silence, large property, great place for a dog and children, hiking and biking trails, Nice beaches in the area, Quiet location in the countryside, House surrounded by a very large garden for exclusive use (great if someone travels with dogs or, for example, has a camper) - several cars would fit, Basically, no one looks into your yard, you don't listen to other tourists, because the surrounding houses have large properties and are set back from each other, The house itself is clean, has everything you need (fridge, microwave, kitchen gas stove with oven), 2 bedrooms, large living room with kitchen, in which there are 3 sofas, nice and intimate terrace covered with greenery, built-in grill available, Wifi is not very fast, but sufficient, The owner is very helpful and communicative, lives in the village next door and if you need something, she comes or replies quickly, She allows you to help yourself with fruits and vegetables from the garden (delicious figs, tomatoes, peppers), You can meet turtles in the garden, In the morning and in the evening you can see passing sheep for grazing, Very good location for trips to paid and free beaches (during our week's stay we were on a different beach every day, where you can easily be with your dog and park for free right next to your nose - e.g. Rajska Vala, Lumbrak, Bisaga), There are also many hiking and cycling routes in the area (close to Lake Vransko) or a trip to the Krka park, The nearest shop is less than 3 km from the house, but we did our shopping on the coast, where there are many bakeries and shops such as Plodine, Tommy, Studenac, I highly recommend this place, especially if someone likes total silence at night and intimacy,

The house is located on the Dalmatian olive oil and wine route, Both can be bought from the extremely friendly owner, The accommodation is located pretty much on the edge of a small village, In the garden there are olive trees, fig and walnut trees, cherry and almond trees, In the morning we were greeted by a turtle in the garden, This is fenced with a fenced parking space, The house is also located on the cycle route around the beautiful lake and Vrana Nature Park, Tip: definitely visit the Kamenjak viewpoint, 10 minutes away by car, During the day there is a restaurant there, in the evening you can enjoy the wonderful colors of the sunset, On the way you can buy almonds and also olive oil, As a welcome in our house had a plate with ham, cheese and olives,

This accommodation is highly recommended, the landlords are very friendly and the accommodation is clean, air conditioningThis accommodation is very nice, we liked everything very much, we would come back anytime, there is a huge plot and in the garden there are vegetables that you can use, sun loungers and everything else you need is available, except for a pool and dishwasher, the landlords are very accommodating and friendly, we can only recommend it, as a welcome there was home-grown, free wine, almonds and a cheese and ham platter and eggs, olive oil can also be bought locally from home-grown olive oil, so we give the accommodation five stars,
