Tastefully and modernly furnished 5-person bungalow with an enclosed garden and fully equipped.
Located on the edge of the Waalenburg Nature Reserve, managed by Natuurmonumenten (Dutch Society for Nature Conservation).

The modern living room features a sitting area with a TV. There is a dining area with a dining table for 5. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and several coffee makers.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has three beds. All bedrooms have single box-spring beds. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a large sink. The toilet is located separately.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The south-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture. The spacious garden (1000m²) is shaded by trees, fully fenced, and features a playground. The bicycle shed has an electrical connection for charging e-bikes. A washing machine and dryer are available in the hall. Children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted. Two parking spaces are available on-site. The stairs to the upper floor are open and have a handrail on the wall.
