Bei unserer Ankunft bekamen wir um genau 16 Uhr unseren Schlüssel. Leider wurde so nass gewischt das die Wohnung richtig unter wasser stand. Also mussten wir erst einmal alles trocken wischen. Am Folge Tag war dann eine Terrassentür defekt, so das diese nicht mehr verschlossen werden konnte. Auf meine Mail wurde nicht geantwortet. Nachdem ich nach 15 min endlich per Telefon jemanden erreichte wurde mir ein Rückruf zugesagt. Dieser erfolgte leider nicht. Somit konnten wir die Wohnung nicht verlassen. Gegen Mittag habe ich wieder angerufen. Hier wurde mir wieder ein Rückruf zugesagt. Auch dieser erfolgte nicht. Gegen 16:30 Uhr kam dann ein Servicetechniker. Dieser konnte die Tür nur so verriegeln das die Tür nicht mehr zu öffnen ist. Somit war unser erster Tag leider mit warten in der Wohnung schon vorbei. In 14 Tagen wurde die Tür auch nicht repariert. Zudem war die Terrasse sehr ungepflegt. Da wir mit einem E Auto angereist sind, kann ich nicht verstehen warum man die Ladesäule am Parkplatz nicht benutzen kann. Für uns passte das Preis Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.

The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. There is a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, which is just about 100m away. We felt very comfortable this week. A small downside was the beach chair on the terrace. But after a short email to the rental company, two men from the company were there within a very short time and fixed the problem. Kudos for that, as this happened on Saturday evening. We can only recommend this apartment as well as the company Kraushaar Holiday Apartment. We would book through this company again at any time.
